I'm writing it down and signing it with my word and maybe even my blood later... and you are my whitnesses. I'm going to need everyone's help on this one.
I am going to go on a little lifestyle diet.
I would like to cut back on sweets, and increase my veggie intake.
This means that I need to replace my late-night eating habits with carrots and peas and increase my time at the library as to avoid time spent at my house in my pantry. Also, no sweets till sundays. SO HARD but doable. this is what I did in my sophomore years and I was a babe. also I was 15 lbs lighter. 15 LBS!
I also need to get more rest and cut down on my selfishness.
Lifestyle changes people. That's where it's at. I am SERIOUS about this this time.
No more poopy food during the week, and only one big dessert on sunday. Then It'll be like I never gained that freshman/hawaii 15.
(p.s. the acronym lbs. for pounds is funny when you say it lubs... cuz it's like chubs and lumps together... which = fat... perfect.)

I am in. Let's do a family weight loss and see how much we can lose. Let's get a plan together and propose it to the family. I think the only ones who would be excluded are Kim and Kyle for they have nothing to lose.
