Exercise, thank heaven

this is me... after three hours

I love working out!!! It seriously is one of my most favorite things to do in the whole world... and that's a big deal I think because it really is so important to living life... It makes you less inclined for heart disease (I wish my dad would listen to me and exercise cuz i wouldn't be so scared about him dying of a heart attack...) it increases your likely hood of aging well, it makes you happier, it makes you look good, gives you a heathy glow... and most importantly, it takes away from life for a second and you get to focus on you... sometimes it's a nice thing to do, and you are supposed to have moments of reflection in your life right?  What a better time then while improving your health.  I went to 24 hour tonight and worked out there for 3 hours... talk about not wanting to be at school anymore. It was awesome.  I loved every second... even when I wanted to kill my bike during the cycling class. I don't think i've ever sweat that much in my life.  I think that I just might fall in love with cycling. :) I think it would be a great way to tone up your lower body, and to shake off that extra fat from the tummy... literally.. you shake a lot in the spinning class... I hope that you guys have some good stories for me of times when you worked out and loved it.  It seems to me that there's something new to discover and something new to have fun with with exercise.  Can you tell it's one of my biggest passions?? :)

Okay, I was at 24 on the ellipticals and I looked to my right and realized my Italian teacher was right next to me on the stair climber. !! My YOUNG and FIT (attractive) Italian professor! Ahhhhhhhhhh.... sooo awkward.

And then this other time, I saw a guy running backwards on a treadmill at the very same place. But it wasn't a fast run, it was like a huge lung backwards every two seconds.

Also, I was running a month ago in Kensington Gardens. I was fasting that day and as I neared the drinking fountain by the Italian Gardens, I fiddled myself into taking a long draught. This dog started barking at me like MAD. It wouldn't stop, so I just headed on my way back home. I swear it knew I wasn't supposed to be doing that... or something.

And one time, I went to a NIA class with you at Life Centre (yeyah!) and I ripped half of my big toenail off.

Ha.. okay....OH WAIT. I was at a spinning class at the Provo 24 and the handlebars totally FELL OFF right during a very intense moment. I totally toppled off and got back up in a frantic haze. Hope they think I had really strong arms, and not a loose bike.

Let's work out at 24 this next semester! Yoga POWA!
